Q1: Who are you?
A: I am a fursuit maker from China with one year of professional experience, dedicated to creating personalized fursuit pieces that perfectly meet clients' requirements.

Q2: What types of fursuits can be customized?
A: We support customization of common types including partial fursuits, full-body fursuits, and standalone fursuit heads. We can also create exclusive pieces based on the character designs you provide.

Q3: What is the fursuit customization process?
A: The process consists of four steps: 1. Discuss your needs and character design; 2. Confirm the design draft and quotation, then pay the deposit; 3. Update you on the production progress and make adjustments as needed during manufacturing; 4. Inspect the finished product and pay the balance before delivery.

Q4: How long is the production cycle for a customized fursuit?
A: Affected by the complexity of the design, the production cycle for regular styles is 2-4 weeks. For complex full-body fursuits or styles requiring special craftsmanship, the cycle will be extended through mutual negotiation.

Q5: What payment methods are supported?
A: Three payment methods are currently available: 1. Credit/debit card payment: After order confirmation, we will send an encrypted payment link to your email via our WorldFirst account; 2. PayPal payment: No need to fill in additional bank card information, which is fast and secure. The deposit is 60% of the total amount, and the balance shall be settled after the finished product is inspected and approved.

Q6: What international shipping options are available?
A: Two international shipping options are provided:

• FedEx Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 days, featuring high efficiency and reliability, but with relatively higher shipping costs.

• UPS Shipping: More cost-effective with lower shipping fees, but the transit time is longer, approximately 12-15 days, suitable for clients who are not in a hurry to receive their orders.
The final shipping fee will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions of your customized fursuit and the delivery address.

Q7: What materials are used for the fursuit?
A: The fursuit head frame is made of lightweight and durable EVA, TPU or PETG materials, covered with high-quality plush fabric on the outside. Accessories such as paws and tails are made of wear-resistant and skin-friendly materials, balancing aesthetics and practicality.

Q8: Can the design be modified during production?
A: Design details can be adjusted for free before fabric cutting and frame construction. If modifications are requested in the middle or later stages of production, additional fees for materials and labor may be incurred, which will be determined through mutual negotiation.

Q9: What should I do if there is a problem with the fursuit after receiving it?
A: Please unpack and inspect the fursuit promptly upon receipt. If you find any non-human-induced defects such as craftsmanship flaws or size discrepancies, please contact me within 3 days and provide relevant photos. I will offer a repair or adjustment solution in a timely manner.

Q10: Is return or exchange supported?
A: As fursuits are custom-made products, return or exchange without valid reasons is not accepted. If the finished product is seriously inconsistent with the design draft due to production errors, we can negotiate to remake the product or provide a refund.
